Symantec PAM Client is the endpoint companion to Symantec’s Privileged Access Management solution, designed to give administrators and operators secure, controlled access to sensitive systems without exposing credentials. It brokers policy-enforced RDP, SSH, and browser-based sessions for servers, databases, and network devices, providing one-click access while passwords remain vaulted and rotated automatically. The client helps enforce least privilege with just-in-time access, MFA, and approval workflows, and can restrict actions such as file transfer and clipboard use based on policy. All privileged activity is captured through tamper-resistant logs and optional session recording to support audit and compliance requirements.
